One of my fondest memories was walking back from school at 4:00 pm when the sun was quite low in the sky. To get home I had to walk across a trail in the middle of a field surrounded by snow that reflected the light from the sky on a clear day, listening to over the horizon radar. It was otherworldly. BoC is amazing because it's like your personal soundtrack, without words so you can give it your own meaning.

I fell in love with this tune pre-Geogaddi, it was looping on the music70 site for months. They used to put up little short tracks on it (some were like sketches) and not all of them made it onto albums, but I'm glad this one did.

To me the tones are really tranquil, warm, reflective, and consoling all at the same time--which is really sort of what I was trying to capture--a perfect moment where you feel like everything is going to be alright.

I love this tune. It's one of my very favorite (if not the most favorite) songs of BOC. I feel it like a soundtrack for the best, uncatchable moments of life. Like being proud after making something huge. Like understanding the whole world after good trip.
