BTW, Scrambler never fooled anybody. It was simply a nice little indicator of the fact that an enemy was near and exactly how far away/which direction he is travelling. It's like the active camo in Halo Reach without the camo....

Goddamn stopping power, nooby perk. People only use it because they cannot hit enemies well and need the few bullets that do hit to get the kill.
