hey TheTekReviews!! is the 2.3.4 different from 2.3? coz' i updated my droid incredible to 2.3.4 a while ago via root method, you know, i downloaded the update from the internet then manually update it to my D.inc. so tell me, is it different? or mine is a fake? coz' i didn't the little ginger bread man when i open up my droid. hope you'll reply on me, more power!!

you can keep your apps by doing a backup on your sd or using titanium backup
