Great video =) Thanks! I feel really inspired now! I bought a mini trampoline just the other day, it arrived today and I haven't got around to doing much with it, I admit I couldn't resist a bounce! It's too much fun! But then I realised I was a bit stuck on what to do with it...I didn't think about jogging on it. That's just brilliant ^-^ Thank you.
You're welcome. I was doing 2 min but the intervals should be based on your individual level of fitness as well as the total workout time. Thanks for asking =)
I love this video. thanks for posting it. I ordered my first trampoline and exercise bike this morning, and then found your video whilst wondering what on earth I'll do with them when they arrive! I hadn't considered a step bar....keep the videos coming please.
thanks Mattie! I would have added this to my "stocking stuffer" list... but I think that I will use the money my mom sent me for christmas and look for one... thank you... I never thought of this this will help me a lot... I appreciate you. AND I echoe 313 healthy me- that second hand stores have a lot of good stuff period.. you just gotta be willing to look! And I am!
I found one for 34.00 not the bargain basement.. but this will help me get some aerobic activity going...Thank you I am soo glad I look forward to more wisdom from you! :)
OOPS! I didn't see my first comment when I went back so I rewrote it (and deleted it). I guess that just makes your video twice as fun!!
By the way, I use a kitchen timer too! I work out 3 times a day (short bursts of about 20 -30 mins each). Sometimes I do short workouts on YOuTube while I'm working. (I work at home). Anyway, keep up the good work (out)! ;-)
this is really a fun and funny video! I often jump from my tramp to my step bench to my treadmill but I wish I had a bike with a basket like yours to store my cookies in!! :-D
I thought it was great that you pointed out how inexpensive it is to buy workout equipment. Some people just don't want to pay the big bucks but used equipment works just as well.
By the way, mini-tramps now go for $40 and more!
Good show -I'm going to go now and see if I can run on mine as fast as you.. Cheers!
Thank you!! I actually put my kitchen timer in my $1 basket, I'm thrifty to my heart lol. I use a $3.50 digital timer so I don't go over my time =) Enjoy your workout!!
I thought this was a very good video. I really like your editing...hahahaha love the speed transition because it adds a bit of comedy for the viewer. I was thinking about getting a mini-tram so I will have to take your advice and check out the second hand stores in my area.
Inspiring MattieD, I just bought the cardio trainer trampoline and I like it.

@TheDianaGeorgina Nice thing about it is you never can use rain as an excuse not to exercise, lol. Enjoy yourself!

I loved your video. Thanks for sharing. One question, on the interval training, how long are you on each unit? And are you doing a 30 minute workout?
