@TheSonofstark it isn't a helmet, Kamen Rider Hibiki and ilk is kind of the magical version of Kamen Rider Shin they don't transform/summon a mask but their face changes into the mask. If you look at the first episode of Kamen Rider Hibiki they actually have a mouth animated when he does his fire breath attack.
