For instance Ana spends plenty of time talking about silly/fun topics, but no one watching TYT doubts she can do serious story's as well.

I have given her a chance and am still open to the possibility of her changing my mind, but as it stands, she is a pretty face with nothing worthwhile to say, and if TYT is going that route, then its to their discredit.
Seriously, do a YT search on "Jacki Bray" (her name) and see other stuff she's done.

@Wolfau5 I've seen her before. I don't understand the massive piles of hate she gets. I don't see how people are calling her stupid and all that. I think people judge her because she's blonde and Californian. Nothing worthwhile to say? It's about Miley and Bieber. It's not a worthwhile topic. When she says something really stupid or they put her on a more serious piece and she's woefully uninformed, then I'll get annoyed she's on the show. Until then I find her pleasant.

@devourerofbabies The hate actually comes from our own prejudices. For one, she is blond, and two, she "sounds" like a stuck up brat. And in society we have this idea in our heads that a person that sounds like that IS woefully uninformed or just stupid to begin with. But yeah, i agree with you, we all should really try to look past our prejudices and just wait for a moment for her to show us how she is.
With that said, she is super fine and i would definitely bang her.

@devourerofbabies Give me one example of something she's said that could be described as an intelligent, insightful comment. For the most part she just acts... well, blonde. She laughs, talks about cute guys/girls and parrots niave sentiments (ie my personal favourite being people who play games should just "go outside and play").
Her only real asset is her looks, which means she doesn't belong here. If TYT keeps her this is them trading glamour for substance, a bad sign.

@Wolfau5 I didn't say she was full of insight. I haven't seen her do a non-entertainment piece yet. Cenk and Ana drool over hot bods and say BS about celebrities too. When they do a story on international politics and all Jacki can say is "OMG, Vladimir Putin is like, totally cute for an older guy" then I'll agree with you and want her gone. Until then she doesn't deserve the landslide of shit she's getting from the youtube crowd for the colour of her hair.

@devourerofbabies Do a YT search, she talks a bit about Michael Vick in one piece. The piece had a lot of potential, and she was just as vapid as ever.
Yes, Cenk and Ana do talk about beauty and do silly pieces, but they have both established cred as able to do more serious pieces as well, she has not.
The criticism is valid because it would appear TYT is risking going the route of glamour over substance (ie having a panelist who has nothing to say but is hot).

@devourerofbabies Yeah, the show has a lot of diversity, but would be strengthened by having even more. Each one of those people have different backgrounds and bring something different to the table. Different ages, different genders, different geographic backgrounds etc.
Again, you can point to all the people you listed and cite examples where their own personal background has added to a piece, give me one example of where Jacki does so.
