Me and my Dad, who has sadly passed away now were there. I remember I got tar stuck on my ass from the Champs Elysees, the Sun was so hot before the concert. Watching this brings back so many happy memories, great experience which i got to share with my best mate. Thanks for the upload

How could the people watch the concert from such distant places? Were there speakers throughout the city?

@Dockelektro Yes, there were speakers and large TV screens along the boulevard from La Defense down to the city center.

Paris La Defense concert is only on VHS and Laser Disc, but I have burned this concert form my VHS tape to DVD disk because my friend have a VHS/DVD player :p That's how I have this concert on DVD disc :D

i went to this concert with the massey brothers,it was a hot day about 35c,the sun went down,and jean michel did his magic,i went to the docklands in the rain and wembley...but this by far the best concert ive ever been to.....back in the day...

Any idea about why this and other concerts (for instance Docklands, Houston or Hong Kong) had not been realeased as DVD's?. As far as I am concerned Houston concert was going to apppear as DVD 2 or 3 years ago, notwithstanding, it was never set out in the market due to its low quality. :)

I feel sad that this could never be done in the UK, there would be fights, drunken louts, bureaucracy, overbearing police, power cuts, rain and thats if the local councils didn't stop it because of "health and safety" :(

no, just VHS.. i friend of my converted the concert video to dvd, pretty slick;) Not only that but to 5.1!!

So im very pleased, because the tape was worn out. lol.. Can't wait for his 2010 concert tour:D

Great opening to Oxygene 4. This is the best live version of oxygene 4 jean michel has ever done. This is still and probably will always be the greatest concert of all time!

there are vhs and dvd copies but there are rare and in PAL

To be honest with you folks this concert Paris La Defense in Paris 1990 is still the best favourit concert I have here at home :) I have watched this concert on and on, when I want to see it again :p I have that concert on VHS, on DVD disk and even cd album, that I found on the net, for some days ago :) Waiting For Cousteau songbook have I too here at home :)
