It's awesome, trying to remember those times, when you were killing plainstrider to feed Kyle, when you were running to the Thunderbluff, and this song played. In my opinion, WoW has got the best, atmospheric sounds. Maybe its just that now I'm listening to this song, and remembering the "old good times" when i was exping. Everytime somebody with Hawkstrider yells and it does the same sound like when you were killing that plainstrider and then running, to complete quest. I want those times back.

@RevanZxion Why wouldn't the Horde be peaceful? Tauren are some of the most selfless races, probably the most in-tune with nature. There isn't an "evil" faction in WoW. Both factions have their goods and their "bads". Humans for example... don't even get me started with them...

It always gave me a vision when first entering the Bluff. Your character would automatically walk from the main elevators from the long, wooden platform. The camera would then cinematically zoom from your character, making a short trip around the center "island," ending up looking at the flight master's totem tower in a very slight downward view, off centered to the right. In the top left corner, it would read: "Thunder Bluff."

when 0:48 hits, I got the vision of Thunder Bluff at night. When you are at the place, where the little lake is, and that 2 lvl tauren guard with the torch, walking around. And there is always 5-10 ppl. It makes the city so peaceful.

I remember starting out as an undead warlock and dying in the great ocean while dead, then respawning at thunderbluff (or the little village near it) wondering WTF just happened.

Good times.

I actually preferred Thunderbluff to the undead place, although there were no Warlock trainers ^^;

It wasn't right after I had started, but It was soon after I had got my imp. To me, Thunderbluff is my undead character's TRUE home :D

I remember first starting out as my tauren hunter :) When I first got to Thunder Bluff it was one of those awesome moments that trigger nostalgia later on. Thunder Bluff is , in my opinion, one of the best places in the world of Warcraft. But when I first started out, it was around Valentine's day and it had all of the decorations and hearts and stuff. When Valentine's Day rolls around again, guess where I'm headed to? And funny thing is...I hate Valentine's Day! :)

I think Stonetalon is at least partially volcanic, Thousand Needles is flooded, the Barrens have been split (Damn you, Barrens chat, you blew it all to Hell!) and Molgore has been partially invaded by Quilboars and there a huge gate to Barrens due to Camp Taurajo being razed by the Alliance.

I started on Alliance, but Tauren is by far my favorite Horde race. Actually, Tauren may be my favorite race of all, including mount. =) Definitely getting a Tauren Paladin tank when Cataclysm comes out. Going to seem strange to have my first serious Paladin as a Tauren, but their racials are great for tanking. :D

I dunno if Cairne'll actually die. If the leader of the Tauren was killed by an Orc (Garrosh) then wouldn't the Tauren just secede from the Horde? and that doesn't work for WoW too well. Unless they didn't care, which seems kind of phenomenally stupid, and that doesn't sound like the Tauren.

Hmm really... because I swear, if it was still Burning Crusade, I'd be playing right now. The only time I began to hate it was when Wrath came along. I Blizz has continuously taken away the 'real' aspect of the game... the roleplay aspect. Now the best roleplay you get is either in Goldshire or Silvermoon Inn... and it really is terrible... I miss the times where people roleplayed everywhere... those were the good days.

@Crindles Sadly, when I joined WoW (a few months after it came out) I was new to RPGs..and to computer games altogether, and I went on my brothers' account.. on a PvP server, because my brothers said RPing was dumb and I didn't know any better. I really only discovered RPing when I made a blood elf on an RP server and actually tried it for myself. I actually read the quests, I RPed in Silvermoon Inn, and..it was really fun! Sad that it's gone..
