This ride is off the hook!! May and September weekdays, when people are in school and work is the best time to go. Lines were only 15 minutes long. Rode back to back to back. MAY 15, 2010!!

When I went to Cedar Point on the first Sunday of last October, I rode Top Thrill Dragster 10 times -- 2 times in the very front and 8 times in the back. I then found that like on roller coasters in general, I liked riding in the front seat OF THE LAST CAR better. When you ride in the back, you experience far more airtime on the hill. Besides, in any case the ride is better if you look diagonally to the side rather than straight ahead -- it feels like you're like a jetliner on a runway.

If you haven't rode this yet, I would think the scariest part is waiting at that light for your train to take off. I haven't gone on it yet, but I bet the first time, im gonna be sweating like crazy waiting for that light to change.

The light is one of the best things about the ride.. when your sitting in the front row.. you look at the lights and as soon as it starts to go.. your like " oh shit!"

to nollie 8453: They took them off because at a Test Run, one Tire fell off and landed in the "Sea" of Iron Dragon. But kalidawn is right, too. They also took them off to allow more seats in each train. I think, that was a fault because the Trains with Slick-Tires looked way cooler than the Trains without Slick-Tires.

Normaly, all Trains are operating. MAybe the weather wasn't good at that day. TTD is very... Yeah, it can't work so good when the Weather isn't good. Cuz TTD was the first of his kind, so the Machines aren't so modern like Kingda Ka ones.

Yeah, Dude you have n clue about the ride. (On opening day it took me 16 hours to get on it.) But now it only takes 2 hours on a busy day and sometimes from what i know about CP. Sometimes 20 minutes on a very slow day.
