Hi Dale :) I used to be able to do this to my kitty Natasha (she's gone over the Rainbow Bridge now)...and I think they like the vibration of your low voice. As nutty as this sounds, my Tashy would love to go and lay by the speakers when I had metal music playing!...they love the vibrations in the air I think. Plus she had a huge crush on James Hetfield! lol I'm especially fond of black cats and China is a BEAUTY!!!
