Amazing. But Velcro is the only thing keeping that motor on? Some what scary. I'd have to add, cloth pins, Gum, Duct tape, kite string, welding clamps, bobby pins, rubber bans, my pants belts and super glue. That motor is never coming off! lol great video!

Yes lol, the velcro is extremely strong but the motor actually pushes itself ON and the velcro just holds it from falling off. Cool design.

The S-Trike is about 6.5 ft wide and yes you can get it with a tandem kit for flying with 2 people. Just go to my channel and look back a few videos and you can see it flown tandem. Works awesome. Call if you have any more questions. 800-707-2525

I've talked to a few friends about the S-Trike, and a few have said that $4k is expensive.

I recognize that it basically protects your legs in a major way from damage with a rough fall/landing.

Would you specify here what makes it special and worth the $4k tag?

Like each wheel has Independant Disc Brakes; Aircraft like controls... Um what else?

FB and FP both sell totally basic trikes for $3000. The S-Trike is unlike any other aircraft on the market. Every single joint is fitted with precise machined parts. As one piece a trike and motor unit weighs in excess of 150 lbs with fuel and a reserve. That's pretty darn heavy to lift as one piece onto a truck. By taking it apart you deal with 2 separate managable pieces. It is seriously slick.
