ok! first of all, its a double kong (double tap kong souds more like a travelling kong). second of all, its too small to be impressive. I kong 6 times your little box thingy.
pretty sure its ALL about impressive and efficient, this is neither. Although you are right about the way you call it not being important, I was just saying that if you don't want people to be confused, you might want to call it a double kong. nobody will misunderstand a double kong for a traveling kong. I also want to highlight the fact that although not impressive or all that efficient, good work on learning the basics of an epic technique with such incredible potential!
"pretty sure its ALL about impressive and efficient, this is neither."
That doesn't make sense (though i do agree that it's not efficient). Parkour is only about being efficient. For example, running is often the most efficient way from A to B. Is that as impressive as doing back handsprings all the way there? No. But that's not the point.
Firstly: It's called a double kong vault. Secondly, you need to land properly so you keep your forward momentum. Make sure your legs are bent at a 90 degree angle upon landing. no less, no more. and that you lean forward enough that you have to put your hands down to continue running forwar.
double tap kong - same as double kong...though the tap means where you moving your hands I believe? Anyway. Very nice. Still trying to perfect my normal kongs first then may try double kongs :P hehe!
such a midget obstacle, nicely done!

Third of all, it dosen't matter what it's called. Fourth of all, it's not about being "impressive"

originally it was called a double tap, old traceurs called it that but free running just called it a double kong which is easier to say so took over
