Stone Temple Pilots where opening and they ended up coming onstage with GnR to play a little mini show. When Axl finally showed up he sat on the risers and sang for 45 minutes then ran back and forth on stage bitching that we weren't cheering.
He sang two more songs and walked off.
I asked for a refund, they refused. I highly recommend stealing their albums via illegal downloading.

The Metallica-Guns N Roses Tour in Montreal in 1992 showed how much of a dick Axl really is, when Metallica were on stage while playing 'Fade To Black' flames went off by mistake and Hetfield got second-degree burns and had to be rushed to hospital & for some strange reason Axl got jealous and had a 'hissy fit' (as they say in the US) while on stage and just minutes after GNR came on stage Axl just threw his mic into the audience and went off crying like a little girl bcause he was outstaged

@MrAlex0262 it takes me 3hrs to get to Dublin. he was an hour or two late when he start, he only played 10-15 minutes and walked off. he comes back an hour later keep in mind this is about 11:20 and the O2 has to be closed at 12:00 i think i couldn't find out what time it closes but it is in rural area. so 6 hrs of traveling, from open time im guessing 3hrs of waiting. 4 hrs total of waiting 1 hour at best of a show and tickets something like €60(excluding other expenses) it wasn't worth it.

The Metallica-Guns N Roses Tour in Montreal in 1992 showed how much of a dick Axl really is, when Metallica were on stage while playing 'Fade To Black' flames went off by mistake and Hetfield got second-degree burns and had to be rushed to hospital & for some strange reason Axl got jealous and had a 'hissy fit' (as they say in the US) while on stage and just minutes after GNR came on stage Axl just threw his mic into the audience and went off crying like a little girl bcause he was outstaged

You know deep inside,or maybe not that deep,they want to see slash,seeing that stylishly dressed nobody on guitar must give them a longing for the real deal. Slash is a great guitar player but without Axl,i could care less and vice-versa. I gotta admit,these and real Gnr fans have alot of "Patience" . So he was late ( he was in most countries) Why are they trowing bottles while the show is on? that means that you bought your ticket for nothing. In my country a lot people started booing and wistling before the show started , but they where happy when they started and ended lately. In Belfast there where no problems at all

Possibility one makes the band-members, who did made a mistake by being late and not apologizing, pay and you didn't really lose something (except for your time). Possibility two...well, as far as I know, people didn't get their money back and everyone acted like a dick, not just the band-members.

People paid to see a show and as an musician who has to sell a product you don't fuck over the consumers you depend on. I completely see why people are pissed, but I do think their reaction is wrong. With that lynch mob-mentality, people are no longer just victims and they are less likely to get their money back and the band, who made the mistake, gets a shitload of money.

@MrAlex0262 it takes me 3hrs to get to Dublin. he was an hour or two late when he start, he only played 10-15 minutes and walked off. he comes back an hour later keep in mind this is about 11:20 and the O2 has to be closed at 12:00 i think i couldn't find out what time it closes but it is in rural area. so 6 hrs of traveling, from open time im guessing 3hrs of waiting. 4 hrs total of waiting 1 hour at best of a show and tickets something like €60(excluding other expenses) it wasn't worth it.
