Very cool! I love to visit places like that! Any place that shows how things used to be done. :-) Our favorite local place is the Oil and Gas Museum. Lots of neat things. I'll have to try to get some photos or video the next time we go. :-)
Back in the '70's I worked with Mobil doing geophysical survays in Southern Michigan. I think we found gas near Battle Creek. What an adventure! Also ran elevations for Hoskings out of Mt. Pleasent in the winter, just beautiful sometimes.
