wit the x factor its all too " girls aloud ish, sugar babes and take that or wat the name etc etc... obviously our standard falls along these ppl wave length .. no suprise its always boring..its all flat

until last year wen they pushed boundaries by inviting beyonce and mariah into the show..it gave the show the recognition, wen they go over board alil...britney was a mistake. "AI " wudn't take some1 who mimed..only the X FACTOR..SO U CAN IMAGINE HOW LOW OUR STANDARD WUD BE!

In the UK we have our own version of American idol called X FACTOR..LOL..Sounds really cheesy( i know) But i can never compare it with that of our's. American likes to go outside their comfort zones wen coms to choosin their songs.We jus love to immitate our own british cheesy artist

That Diana or watever her name is jus another dead act.. Laura was the one i had my hopes on..she has the "talent" far better than freakin Leona!! .. i have never yet seen someone (latest) to sweap my feet off the ground..they are all too average!!

I'm sure we could find plenty of criticism for american idol winnners but i won't start with that bcus i actually like most of them! this song rite here i haven't heard it b4 until i watched american idol..i fell in love wit it there and then.. now compare this wit X factor..100% of the songs are those that we listened to every day! it really annoys me..becoz we love all the cheesy songs.. we don't like to go over board than an our comforts zone..its so boring!

(this comment is a carry on from the one above, I accidentally posted it) so yeh evry1 knows contestants choose their songs on AI within the theme of the week. However on x factor the mentoring judges choose the songs that's y they mentor them. But i find that dusnt always work e.g. rachel & dannii in series 5. As for orginality, how MANY times have we heard "i have nothing" on AI; 6 at least. now THAT'S boring. And ur tellin me Leona's "summertime" was BORING?! 3 words BEST VOCAL PERFORMANCE!
