  • I don't understand the part where you put hair under the elastic =x when I dot it its very ugly and we can still see the elastic

  • My hairs too long & it just looks awkward d:

  • also do you have to hair spray to make it work?

  • about how long does this take when you don't speed it up?

  • I have quite think long hair and this just wont work for me :/ any suggestions x

  • This seems kinda difficult

  • @cerinebabyyish

i have long hair my hair is liketo my butt @///////@

    what do i do

  • Hey my hair's too long and thick( asian too :P) and i saw your odango bun tutorial. By could you tell me how do i do with this one, one single bun i mean not two? thank you!

  • :( i have a short hair........ it just reaches in my shoulders.

ohhh men i want that hairstyle !

  • Loved the hairstyle. I have a suggestion, can you please make a tutorial on how to do celebrity buns such as Nicole Scherzinger, Kim Kardash etc? :) Thanks x

  • Thank you i love it ^^

  • I LOVE THE MUSIC OF BEG :)

  • does this work on long hair? i tried to tuck my hair in pony tail holder but i think it might be to long.

  • I can't see what you're doing, all I see is your neck. =.=

  • I actually can't really see how you put your hair into the bun part, I wish you would put the camera higher. all I see now is your pretty nape :/

  • do you think this hairstyle would still look good on an aussie-anglo?? aka a white girl

  • @MWAHHHmeansMEEE yeah definitely, it's only called a "Korean bun" because it's inspired by Korean net idols/models but it's pretty much just a different way to create a ballerina bun :)

  • thnx ur hair is beautiful :)

  • @cerinebabyyish heyy umm wat if u have thick hair will it work

  • Ur Asian n ur wearing white in ur hair!!! Omg who died!?? Lol Jp my grandma doesn't like it when I did once

  • @Misbehave11 yea my mom doesn't love it either, black or white accessories.

  • Can I do this? My hair is curly.

  • @EdessalovesVW yes, it should look cute & you can skip all the teasing

  • My hair is too long for this :(

And I checked the odango bun, but I realized it's the one I always do even tho it doesn't keep my hair in place either. I really would've wanted to do this .___.

  • @vilmaDe try to pull your hair through the elastic 2x

  • i have a long and thick hair :( bobbinpins isnt really helpful

  • @xoanh23 try the odango bun, I have a video on it. You can just do one odango bun instead of two.

  • I have really thick hair this might be hard to do. =/

  • @champagnecupcakes try the odango bun, that seems to work better for people with longer/thicker hair (I have a video one it, just do one instead of the two I show)

  • how do you undo the backcombed hair

  • @chailux4 you brush it out........ ?!

  • @chailux4 brush it out layer by layer

  • my hair is too long...

  • @TheDomokun84 either wrap it through the elastic 2x, or do the odango bun :)

  • @cerinebabyyish :)) you're awesome! XD

  • @BittenBerry thanks :D

  • Are you from American or korean?

  • @catebymers27 neither :)

  • can i skip the teaseing part.i shy away from teasing and was wondering if it would look the same or at least not as different..thanks

  • @justally891 you can, but it won't have the poofy part below the bun and your bun probably won't be as full unless you have super thick voluminous hair. Other than that, it shouldn't look too different.

  • I really like this hairstyle!

but my hair is short :'( have to wait!

  • @mindszii :(

  • My hair is long, thick, and crazy! Nooooo! I want my cute korean high bun!

  • @yerlis95 try the Odango bun, I have a video up called the "cute double odango bun" just take that idea and create one large bun and it should work better for your hair & look pretty much the same as this

  • i loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove

  • @love777999 it was turquoise colour

  • My hair is shoulder lengt long, can i do this? ^.^

  • @ClassicCr0ft yes, you just may have a slightly smaller bun :)

  • @cerinebabyyish ok thank you ^_^

  • Wow, Many of these hair tutorials the girls have very long hair. My hair isn't that long so i can't do much.

  • @SuperRenee111 if you check up my "cute double odango bun" video, that should work better for you if you want to create a similar look

  • @BittenBerry :D

  • wow. i love my curly hair but styling straight hair is WAY TOO EASIER. but i'll try this for sure

  • @Sunshiine89 :) I agree, I hope it works for you though!

  • What do i do if i have to long hair -_-

  • @tonachan1 try twisting your hair then turn it around the ponytail then bobby pin the end part.

    almost the same :))))

  • @tonachan1 I have a newer video called "cute double odango bun", I actually created two buns in that video but if you take the technique and just do one large bun it will look almost identical to this & it will be easier for longer hair. Hope that helps :)

  • you got a new subscriber ;D

  • @nusser09 thank you!

  • her is only your neck looking not your hairstyle

  • @miah0327 I have a new tutorial on the "Odango bun" I did 2 buns in that tutorial, but if you just take the technique you will get a similar look to this but it may be easier for longer hair :)

  • @cerinebabyyish i have already watched it. It really helped a lot, and it's much easier. thanks!

  • Finally! A person on YouTube who isn't ashamed about saying that they got their hair accessories from ardene. :) I hate how most girls on here go out of their way to buy hair accessories for like $20.00 each.

  • @cassieandmakeup :) well as long as it's cute right?

  • @cassieandmakeup Lmao that made me laugh I either get my hair accessories from either claires or from the little girl section in walmart. (:

  • @2010kittens Haha, so do i :) its annoying how alot of gurus are like "so i'm going to use this bobby pin.. their sold for just $30.00 each!!" .... a little bit sarcastic.. but, it all works the same and usually look the same, so why waste money? :) haha

  • omg so cute

  • @baileyboo021899 thank you :)

  • @cerinebabyyish what hairspray do u use ??

  • what is she saying from 1:33-1:39? help please, i can't understand the instructions :(

  • @OlyVT select little sections of hair, and while you pull out the elastic with one hand you want to tuck the section of hair around, under and into the elastic

  • @cerinebabyyish thank very much. :3 this looks so good and i'm so happy with your technique i don't need hair piece hehe

  • That's really cool! Im a little jealous right now!

  • @k4katelyn0424 :) thanks

  • what hppens if i have a long hair my one doesnt turn out to be like ur ............... help pls...

  • @superanimelover247 you can actually either wrap the hair through the elastic once and then pull it until it's 1/2 the way through and loop it into the elastic again

    or

pull it through the elastic and tuck the ends into the hair loop you created so the bun will be fuller

  • @cerinebabyyish thank u ...... ^^

  • Awww my hair is too long :-(

  • @xxNaThUxx you can actually either wrap the hair through the elastic once and then pull it until it's 1/2 the way through and loop it into the elastic again

    or

  • @beckybecks20 :) you're welcome

  • Noo I have to long hair T_T

  • @konttto You actually can, you can loop it through the elastic once and then wrap it around again and tuck it into the elastic another time :) you'll probably just end up with a thicker bun

  • pretty

  • Can you still do this look with long hair? I was trying but I think i'm doing it wrong.

  • @cjqueen Hyeah! Me Too!~ I Can't do it!

  • @cjqueen You actually can, you can loop it through the elastic once and then wrap it around again and tuck it into the elastic another time :) you'll probably just end up with a thicker bun

  • how long did you make this? as in real time?

  • @iamlourds I edited this video for my old channel like 2+ years ago, but I believe it's faster by 2x or 4x so it's either originally ~5 minutes or ~9 minutes. Sorry, I really cannot remember

  • OMG ALL OF YOUR TUTORIALS ARE AMAZING WHERE WERE YOU ALL MY LIFE!! Lol yay so glad to have subscribed to you !!! :D you are so talented!

  • @cocolover829 hahha thank you :D

  • you have the most beautiful hair I've ever sre

  • @Sunetrasunshine thank you!

  • to anyone who has longer hair: i think it'd work if you pulled your hair through once - until you want the desired "size" - then tuck the remaining pieces in again like normal :) hope that helped anyone

  • UR SOOOO GUD!!!

i really wan't to see ur face =P

  • @charmmell thanks :)

    & lol, maybe

  • How do I tuck it in with long hair :/

  • @PixelatedScreen wrap it around the elastic once and then tuck the ends in again

  • :)

  • @Assaalaa1 :)

  • can we one day see ur face??

  • @Helpercutegirl123 lol, maybe?

  • @Helpercutegirl123 I think she wants to keep her face a secret because she doesn't want to give out personal identification (:

  • @Helpercutegirl123 Unless she's doing a bun on a beard, why would you need to see her face for a hairstyle tutorial? ;)

  • ASIANS HAIR IS SOOO PRETTYY!!

  • @Assaalaa1 thanks :)

  • only works on short hair =/

  • @ilovethe6Os it will still work on slightly longer hair, you'll just get a bigger bun.

  • Is your hair naturally curly?

  • @whilaryw no, my hair is naturally super straight

  • what hair color do u use or recommend for black asian hair??

  • @xxpeace87xx I actually have a blogpost talking about my hair color so refer to that if you want to know exactly how I achieve my color, you'd have to use bleach or an Asian brand like Palty to lighten your hair as light as my hair is in some of the videos.

  • cute!!

  • just found u ahahah subscribed~~

Love from Italy girl :3 keep on the great work ^^

  • @bingeureu thank you!

  • best one so far!

BTW, so Pretty... :) Happy New Year! :)

  • @mariellefaye I just posted! HNY to you too :D

  • SO awesome

  • @Apinkkpop :D

  • so pretty!

  • @CcherryNjx thankkkks!

  • so pretty <3

  • @encits thank you :D:D

  • @encits thank you :D

  • what about for longer hair?

  • @mzcarolyn you can actually tuck your hair into the elastic more than once, you'll just have a fuller bun. so when you pull your hair through the first time you'll have more hair hanging out and just wrap it into the elastic again. If you hair is a LOT longer, the "japanese odango bun" may be easier to achieve and it looks pretty much the same

  • @aumizu hahah thank you!!!! I hope you try it out :)
