I still say the worst is that you need a program installed to print, meaning I have to install the CD over and over again if I want to print on a different computer, and if you lose the CD, you're f*cked. Which happened to me when my computer crashed and I lost the CD, so there's a printer in my closet doing nothing bit gathering dust.
It was said a few ago by a HP executive that the price of ink installed in a cartridge was worth about 2 cents... Now they want us to send back our old cartridges and be green. I believe strongly in recycling, but after that pricks statement ....I throw out all my cartridges now

I never understood that BULLSHIT mentality that some companies have. WHY SELL A PRINTER that doesn't have the hookups to connect to a COMPUTER that you need to use SAID PRINTER? Am I wrong? It's like getting a X-Box 360 with no cables to hook up to your TV with. It's ILLOGICAL!
@KatsuyaKaibaChan Most printers don't come with USB cables anymore, you have to buy them separately, I have a theory why though... I think the printer companies have a deal with the companies that made USB cables not to include them in their printers so that you would have to fork out extra money on a USB
Switch to Epson. HP printers put out high quality prints but their drivers are spyware and thier customer service is based upon the "we don't give a crap, just buy another one and some more of our overpriceds cartridges" mentality of a fatcat corporation that thinks they have everyone in their pocket. I took my last HP printer and slammed it to the floor into about 50 pieces. I bought an Epson 4-in-one and have had ZERO issues with it.
really??? i got an epson and it wont print anything at all unless it has color ink. i need to print a fukking black worded document, but it wont because it is running low on "magenta" or "cyan". WTF! the black is full, but they dont even give me red or blue. they give me magenta and cyan. and the ink cartridges cost 60$ each, so i dont think hp and epson arent that different
