I think they should sell these HO ninja action flicks in stores, like they did with Black Eagle, The hitman (Chuck Norris), Hellbound, Lone Wolf McQuade etc. If they don't, humanity has failed. I'll try to get these dvd's on the production line, when I finish my Industrial Design study (or while doing practical period).

I think the Ninja headband stays for economic reasons...focused on marketing. I repeat, that's what I think. Bought this on VHS at the grocery one night. Most of the footage the trailer isn't in the actual flick. Starts out with the dude talking about "the manual" then cuts away to "meanwhile in Japan", and shows an hour FROM SOME OTHER MOVIE ALTOGETHER!! Not even any ninjas! Last 3 minutes it goes back to the pink and yellow ninjas fighting. One throws a smoke bomb at the other which causes him to explode into two crepe paper streamers and cuts to "The End" instantly, like they ran out of film.

That's a scary thought, the quality of his films, tells you he's either very cheap or has no talent when it comes to making movies.

It would appear that he only makes half the film (the ninja action) then merges it together with failed Japanese cop dramas and overdubs it to make a story. For example in Ninja Terminator, the main cop character and the ninja only talk once, on the phone, and their stories are completely unrelated apart from this.

That's actually what he did, he would shot one film and simply reused the same footage, just in a different order and mix in footage from other series, and just redub the movie with lines from a new film

I'd say the worst example of overdubbing was Ninja Terminator, where according to the speech, Richard Harrison's wife does not know he is a ninja, but he can be seen casually polishing his ninja swords and shuriken as he talks to her. When the Ninja Empire write the word 'Ninja' on his car windscreen, he tells his wife it's 'Just some kids messing around'.
