He might of been pushed in but he made no attempt to move out of the way that is why Lundqvist was upset (said so in his post game interview)

Pacioretty got pushed by Dubinsky, suspend Lundqvist. He jumps on Pacioretty while he is on the floor, yeah real tough guy, oh please what a joke.

@PeterT1968 Pacioretty made no attempt to get out of the way, Lundqvist was also on the floor after the play was whistled dead. Thus your points are invalid.
