  • Keep up the good work Abbos aka. I always wanted to learn doira, but somehow ended up going to rubob lessons :) Baraka toping aka!

  • sfdjembeman - you don't necessarily need to keep a constant tempo when improvising...

  • I can play like that too. Doira is the best tool.

  • 1:47 is where it gets best. SICK. this guy makes me proud.

  • i wonder if he plays daf... Uzbeks speak farsi for the most part, right?

  • nah

  • No. Uzbeks speak Uzbek. It is a Turkic language.

  • Ah..ok...i used to know an Uzbek and he spoke fluent farsi...maybe he learned it. It was weird to hear someone speak farsi with a sort of Slavic accent.

  • Some Uzbeks speak farsi fluently. Especially those who live in Samarqand and Bukhara among Tajiks. But it does sound different from Kabuli or Iranian Farsi.

  • I learned a lot from watching how he moves the drum to get different effects from the jingles. Thanks!

  • Very nice playing but he does not keep to a tempo, loses it quite often - otherwise sounds good.

  • he's clearly just having fun, there's no need to overanalyze the shit out of it.

  • Otli4naya muzyka!

  • fantastic performance.

  • Mination45, isn't it quite rude to insult other musicians?

Both players you mention are talented guys.

  • great playing

  • it's crazy ! at the end it gets quite annoying...

  • i think he used one snap?

  • Eta Uzbek eli Bukharski?

  • This is Uzbek and Tajik...

  • I can play like that too. Doira is the best tool.

  • It seems almost unbelievable that he can play with such power and precision with a drum in that position...I'd love to know how he developed his technique...

  • his father wa like this, since he was a little boy he played..and now u can see what he got up to...

  • best ive seen

  • wow, wow this is incredible !!

  • Oh yeah! I forgot to say...

    "Glen Velez who?"

  • hahaha, add "N. Scott who?" or "David Kuckhermann who?" Those guys are so overrated it ain't even funny. Especially David, holy f-king crap. When I watch his shitastic darbuka instructional video I laugh so hard tears stream out.
