I know many fans think he should be more famous than he is now. He's obviously talented and recognized for it. I'm kinda glad he's not famous because his type of music and performance is best in smaller venues. With fame there are expectations to be more commercial and profitable and that takes away from artistic production and expression. I'm sure he appreciates having a smaller fanbase because it allows him more quality interaction and a more genuine connection with the audience as well.
