One of the best original series to hit the airwaves. HBO made a huge mistake on dropping it... and pissed off a lot of it's fans. I miss everything about this show besides great casting choices, the way it was directed, it's style and sets. Miss it love it.
I LOVED Valerie Cherish. I caught all of the episodes online, and at the end I wanted to see more. Kudrow was brilliant, and I say "note to self; I don't wanna see THAT" at any chance I can get.
The funniest scene happens after this when Val and Mickey rush to the studio and she lectures the kids about never missing work and how Mickey is "almost dead, so thank you!"
The personal video diaries have always been favorites of mine. They really show Valerie in her most pretentious self, and I like it when she gets in that mode.
I also like that Mark is the voice of reason to Valerie, and Mark contradicting Val was just fun to watch. Also liked Valerie saying 'I do not endorse it' with utmost seriousness while wagging a finger.
Lisa Kudrow is fabulous no matter what she does. I love her. Does anyone have the clip where Valerie is doing her video diary and Mark goes to the bathroom in the middle of it? Too funny! I miss this show :(
