Yep, a few months later, although all we see is Luke and Noah the morning after. They come into the bedroom (separately) after taking showers, saying how amazing the experience was. Unlike the hetero couples, we don't see the two in bed together. Compare that with teenagers Parker and Liberty, who were shown in bed. Or Holden and Carly, whose ecstatic facial expression made the scene look like porn. And Henry and Vienna, who did 69 (aka oral sex) and had sex in church.

We don't have to worry too much. I believe Luke was studying to be a writer, and you really don't need a degree to do that, especially if you write novels. Plus, Grandmother Lucinda apparently got back her company, WorldWide, so he'll always be able to find a job there. Or work at the Lakeview Hotel, which his mom partly owns.

Ironically, one of my first soaps was an Aussie import to the US, Prisoner: Cell Block H. Although I was way too young to understand much of it, I remember being fascinated by the lesbian storylines. I believe that it's a classic soap and now available on DVD.

Trust me when I say that you Aussies (as well as Canadians and most Europeans) are much more progressive than us!

Prisoner is one of my all time favourites. I'm currently rewatching it on dvd. I'm not sure about Australia being progressive. I bet you don't have your daytime soaps edited during a violent or sexual scene. We often don't even get to see a slap on the Bold and the Beautiful, for example. Now isn't that ridiculous!

My analysis is incomplete but sadly, the gay storyline seems to have a negative effect, overall. Nuke is VERY popular but only among younger viewers, who work 9-5 and tend to watch on YouTube. That doesn't help ratings. Regular viewers tend to be feamle, older and more conservative.

ATWT's ratings have been bottom 3 for many years, but managed to make Top 3 in early 2008. Then Will & Gwen, and Martha Byrne (Lily) left and they're bottom 4 now.

Thanks for that information. Yes, I forgot that daytime soaps are predominantely watched by older females. This storyline needs to be developed on a night time soap which are a rarity today.

They're just so happy and cute here. Quick question: what's Noah's first line, right after he puts the little statue on the desk? I couldn't hear what he was saying.

Firstly, I cannot wait for your notes on the Nuke part of the ep!

Secondly and most importantly, that second kiss is most definitely my favourite! There is alot of passion and I can feel how much they missed each other. I am, however, perturbed by the fact that Luke would choose to go to this 'meeting' when Noah clearly wants to stay home and 'catch up'. I imagine this will be noted in your...notes?
