There isn't a "back bone" to the 'document' actually. The "ten planks" as you refer to them are actually THE LEAST IMPORTANT PART of the Manifesto. In a preface to a later edition of the Manifesto this is clearly stated as material conditions and circumstances i.e world history has changed so much. In a communist state the size of a modern nation-state there is no incentive for individuals to share innovation and limited incentive to innovate at all. However at the local level communism works because people can be incentivized by a desire to be appreciated by their community which again elevates status.

There isn't a "back bone" to the 'document' actually. The "ten planks" as you refer to them are actually THE LEAST IMPORTANT PART of the Manifesto. In a preface to a later edition of the Manifesto this is clearly stated as material conditions and circumstances i.e world history has changed so much. Marxism is not a dogma or a set of laws or rules. Material conditions are the most important element, and an understanding of the present, through a radical critique of all that exists. 2 weeks ago at mold magistrates I asked for a judicial decision he sat and heard it but the solicitor cant get a written copy of the decision from the court they just want the trial to take place on 14th oct and the solicitor says dont worry if convicted I can appeal I say hang on a moment I demand my rights to a trial by jury and have not had the written responce to appeal against it they are running scared I wrote a letter to lord chief justice in london demanding he look into it
