this is a response of your other comment on a video about people who can't speak or write vietnamese. some people have a hard time understanding and speaking vietnamese for example, my friends who are viet some of them can't speak viet because they grew up in other countries like thailand and china and korea etc, i myself am lucky because everyone in my house speaks viet so i speak viet but i can't write vietnamese as well as other people but i can read.
