  • Noctua fans are BEAUTIFUL! :)

  • AeroCool Shark, Fluid Dynamic Bearing, best quietest fans on the market for the price

  • What standard are you using for silent? I bought two of these fans and they are incredibly loud. They sound like one of my 480's at 100%.

  • @myuzakitheglitcher UHHH they are under 19dB they are silent, i bet your 480 is like 30 or more

  • @TheTechSource1 I told something like that to the Noctua employee I spoke with. He simply told me I had a poor standard for "silent." But no joke, the fans I received are at least as loud as a 480 if not a little louder.

  • @TheTechSource1 they are CLAIMED TO BE under 19 dB. That doesn't equals to "they are under 19 dB".

  • So I should get the NF-F12 then, yeah I should.

  • That's quite impressive how you stack your fans on top of each other. Congratz.

  • Hey Dude haha I want to get rid of my Corsair H100 Fans because like you said leaf blower haha but need fans that will push a little more air have a clue?

  • High temps, expensive, and hideously ugly. The only thing Noctua has going is silence...and honestly..who gives a shit? When you're gaming you either have the volume up or a headset on. When you aren't gaming...well, that's what fan controllers are for.

  • And one more thing... it DOES vibrate! I had to put it out...

  • @KoudZ Mine dont, you must off got a bad fan

  • Strange, how everybody review this fan WITHOUT comparison to something equal. I mean SilverStone AP121.

Proclaimed "new" feature is directed air flow and apparantely nobody cares, if it really works or not!

  • does the noctua fan work just as well in a pull config as it does in a push config. i can only run pull on my watercooling rad. thanks mate

  • stock fans FTW

  • Hey guys, I would like to know how would this be compared to the AP121 air penetrator?thanks!

  • Dude this suck, you were supost to turn them on so we can hear the dead silent sound ourselfs. Learn to do reviews

  • I love that colors from the beginning.

  • "Jesus Christ its a leaf blower". Thats why I love The Tech Source!

  • nzxt fans are murder quiet, they came with the case. thts with 3 200mm, 4 120mm NZXT fans.

  • you know lots about fans dude :) will upgrade with nacuta next week , thanks

  • CAN U GIVE ME THOESE CORSAIR FANS ? PLZ PLZ

  • the corsair 1700rpm that comes with the h60 is actually preety quiet

  • Screw fans. I just blow on my computer constantly.

  • dan, have you ever tried the thermalright fluid dynamic bearing fans? I've heard the Sythe fans are the same fan.

  • Great review Dan

  • Dan, should I use push and pull to push air through my radiator in my case or out the case?

  • You cant find Typhoons because all of the so called Uber 1337 Nerds see them and just go nuts "Oh My God! Gentle Phoons with the Ladeeeey and theGoTta hAve eM Fine GLaVen!"

  • Excellent Review!

  • A great set a videos that i think would attract a lot of viewers is a part by part video series. Release a few videos a week each video going through a component of a computer for people thinking about doing a build. From DVD Drive to Motherboard. For each component talk about the most bang for your buck and the best best of the best (or some derivation of that.) Just an idea. I would definitely watch those.

  • decibel's to static pressure is what to look for.

  • Why must the Noctua fans be so ugly though ? :(

  • @xsagradoxcorazonx They look much better in person and in a case!

  • @DesertEagleGamer I have a black and blue theme going on though, don't think they'd fit in very well. :(

  • @xsagradoxcorazonx

Your head is ugly,if you hate Noctua color skin take Scythe Gentle Typhoon.

  • @xsagradoxcorazonx Lol its true but tbh there internal fans so your not gonna see them lol.

  • @samcerulean1412 I have a windowed side panel, so you DO see the fans in my PC. :(

  • @xsagradoxcorazonx I think their sales would increase 300% if they would just change the damn color scheme.

  • @doomtomb3 So true, I'd definitely buy them if they were simply black or some other decent color

  • @xsagradoxcorazonx if they didnt make them there colours then there advertising would go down hill. When you see a system with these fans you immediatly know what they are where as if they were black like any other you wouldnt know also if they made them black or white then they would sell the others would they

  • @JJROADSTA but wouldn't it be bad advertising? like "oh yeah, i can tell he has the those ugly noctua fans" lol

  • @xsagradoxcorazonx it was there first brand colour/image so they keep it...its like starting a company that has been blue for ages then going orange its like betraying your self and the peeps at noctua think they look badass

  • @JJROADSTA jay ... shut the fuck up you and I know the colour shit and if you dont agree we'll have words at school.

  • @ll01dm tinytomlogan said exactly what I just said when I saw him hence I said that he also said for me to not to go for watercooling get an nh-d14 with nf-f12's so im am trying to like there colour scheme

  • @JJROADSTA i guess you're right, since ONLY the peeps at noctua think they look badass. -___-

  • Hey dan, is the Bitfenix Spectre any good? i plan to put a red one in my ROG rig

  • Please can you tell me which camera you use? Thanks.

  • i walked away from this video with the words corsair fans suck burned into my mind

  • Arctic cooling F12 fans = £2 a fan. Noctua fans about £15 a fan... Arctic cooling fans are very quiet, I know which one I'd choose. :-)

  • @BritishRider well, these probably have better cooling specs tho :)

  • @thelinkonpark It would cost me £120 to kit my computer out with Noctua fans. It has cost me £16 to kit my computer out with Arctic Cooling fans. I've saved £104 to spend on more important things, a fan is a fan to me. You must have a fan fetish to spend £104 more on fans lol...

  • Ok lets say I have a h80, and it has on the water block 2x3pin connections for the fans, and I want to instal the new noctua fans and because they are PWM they have 4 pin connections so how to use them?

  • STOCK CORSAIR FANS BRO hahaha xD

  • wow, the reflection made me think that there was 2 of each. Oh wait there are? ahh

  • Someone please make a montage of TheTechSource throwing things...

  • Didn't know Corsair fans are that bad. Everyone said it was good, luckily I never use them.

  • Deltas while wearing ear plugs ;)

  • yo guys @TheTechSource1 ! would you PLEASE test the Apollish Vegas fans VS something else thats intresting ? i said please :P

  • my ultra kaze would blow your mind=)) with noize:d

  • ummm :/ i think you for got the silverstone airpenetrator

  • Comment removed

  • I know one of you has the 600T. I think it looks really good but you can only mount the stock 200mm fan in the front. Is there a way of mounting two 120s? oder even 140s? (the noctua round ones, i have at the moment 2 of them in my front).

PLS help me, corsair support didnt tell me

  • @tschouschai 2 120MM fans will be louder than a single 200MM fan.

  • @jewie27 Im a noctua fan, i will use noctua fans (becaus they re grate and have them already). Ether it is possible or i will not buy the case. simple as that

  • The reason they're out of stock is because they're still the best.

  • @thevonsteve Noctua are more silent and it performs the same,so i would rather prefer the Noctua one's,.......... buy the other one's if you wan't a more Louder PC -_-

  • dan is always throwing things, notice how he didnt throw the nf-p12's, +100 respects for dan

  • hey techsource, thanks for the great review. by the way, scythe gentle typhoons in Australia are available at nearly pc store close to me in Brisbane, Queensland.

  • @eddles777 especially the 1850rpm versions, which theres always stock of at our stores.

  • Asthetics of noctua really kill it for me.

  • @Godfreyofabbington Agreed

  • What happened to the Yate Loons you guys picked up? I'd also like to see how the Cooler Master Sickleflows stack up against the Noctuas.

  • im a cheap ass with fans. I always get the ultra kaze 3000 for $10.

  • cooler master excalibur vs Noctua NF-F12PWM

  • I hate the look of the noctua fans i don't think they could make them any uglier then what they are...

also, you have an awesome aquarium

  • if you're not judging temps, but sound you should get a Nofan CR-95C

  • love noctua fans but they sooo fuken ugly!!!

  • You have no idea how to take care of your fish do you?

  • im using the stock corsair fans that came with the older model of the h70, tbh these are very loud but i could never put noise level over cooling performance.

  • sorry, but a cold pc wont ad performance when not OC

i prefer spending 100$ more on RAM - Processing - Screens - Graphics processing - Powersupply - internet service - SSD - Games - desk - and... you know where im going

if you dont have any money to spend on, go on 20-30 bucks fans, but you wont notice performance if all you do is normal ass gaming or editing, if your an editor a no fan cooler on a normal system would be better(worst of it server rooms exist for something)

  • I"d get them but they look absolutely terrible

  • @TheTechSource1 why don't you guys test the Silverstone Air penetrators?

  • but there ugly

  • FAPFAP

  • those sharks are so distracting.

  • First

  • @SanandanDA to suck dick
