  • LInh, I think you did well on losing weight. 105 is the IDEAL BODY WEIGHT for 5 foot person. Now, don't get too SKINNY now hehe...you look perfect at that weight.

  • I think the best way to lose weight and be healthy is being ACTIVE. Get involved in physical activities 3x a week. I think DIETING is ridiculous, there are many people in the world who only eat once a day and sometimes struggle. :( Food is love...

  • @MissConcious Diets aren't necessarily bad, as long as they eat healthy and cut the bad foods out. When I say I'm on a diet I just cut all the fatty foods like fries and chips ): lol Don't get me wrong, I LOVEEEE food. Especially the really bad ones but you have to make sacrifices for your health. Can't eat bad food all the time! (:

  • @xevanesco YES :) when I say DIET(they try to starve themselves). Which is not good right? Some people would be so skinny now thinking they are HEALTHIER but they are wrong. They have gone anemic and all that. PEOPLE should think about "IM GOING TO LOSE WEIGHT TO BE HEALTHY AND LOOKING GOOD IS SECONDARY". :) i'm sure you will agree with me there. hehe. And you say you are now 105 lbs? that's the IDEAL BODY WEIGHT of a 5 foot person. I AM 5 foot as well :D so I can relate hehe.

    for most people is 80% diet (eating right for their body) and 20% exercise though. most can lose weight without doing any exercise at all.

  • @webkinz333 No, you're considered normal weight. You can google BMI calculator and insert your height and weight to find out.

  • This is great to watch. I am 5 feet also and your heighest weight is what I weigh now. I've gained so much weight in only 3 months and ever since I've been so uncomfortable : ( Watching your vid makes me wanna get back on track and become more healthier! :)
