  • Are you able to eat more food now than you were able to before you started gaining weight?

  • @ktm64 Yes definitely. You'll see as I revisit some of my food challenges that I couldn't accomplish earlier in the journey.

  • You should try to gain the other 48 pounds which would be almost 96 or even 100 pounds! Yes, you are so hot and sexy and all of us like watching you gain and get so much fatter - - - EAT EAT and EAT This will give us some encouragement to either gain or go on a diet - which is no fun at all - - -

  • One thing i notice is that you still have alot of muscle mass.

    Don't you think that will make it easier for you to lose the weight again once you being your fat to fit stage?

    Don't get me wrong, I think what you are doing is a good thing but it might not be quite exactly the same as the experiences of alot of obese people who have hardly any muscle mass at all in comparison to their fat.

  • great vid as usual man but i can tell now you reach the first level of obesety i can tell cuz there 3 level before the morbid stagebut firt level most people in america reach it cut its like 35 pound over the heatkty weight i cant wait for the training part

    and just a little advice i dont know how oftne you make your blood test but i suggest every 2 week its important

  • seems like you might have gotten freaked out by your 7 lb gain last week and toned it down a little... don't hold back

  • if you don't get to 300 it won't be worth it, start utilising olive oil, ice cream milk shakes, soda, plates of pasta etc.

  • Eat something big before bedtime and you will gain faster.

  • your just afraid of getting fatter that's why you didn't gain too much.. if you can reach a goal near a merely 270 or probably 300 that will inspired other people....

  • since you're growing larger, you need to start consuming more calories to maintain your current weight and to gain more. start ingesting, at least, an extra 600 calories daily now.

  • you should eat more because your not gaining enough which means yopu wont really understand what obese people go through! but still what your going shows commitment to your job
