oh yes i'm sorry the 4.8 is a straight 6 engine.
I got the 3.0 turbodiesel engine.

Few corrections, if I may. The 3.0 has 4 cylinders, the 4.2 is the straight-6 diesel. And the 4.8 is a straight-6 petrol, not a V8.

3.0 turbodiesel direct injection, 6 inline cylinders 160hp, this engine has a lot of torque and starts pushing until 1700rpm

yeah, according to mee, the patrol is one of the best 4wd you can buy.
In UAE they have turbocharged 4.8 V8 in their Patrol.
