It's a deadlift/jump folloed by a front squat. Neither of those lifts require your elbows to change position. What I see is you using a lot of biceps (kinda like a bent row motion), then you use your back a bit in getting the bar to your chest. Just think these few things: 1) keep wt moving STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN! 2) jump! 3) squat! 4) elbows up, weight on delts!
Thank you. Yes, I've had many others give similar advice in a forum thread I made. I've been working hard to take the elbow bend out, but it's almost like starting over, as my old technique is now so ingrained. I'm trying, though!

You're bending your elbows before the hip drive occurs.
Elbows bend = power ends.
