Then there is the problem of minorities in Iraq like the Kurds who are not any where near being taken as Arabs.
the berbers aren't reclaiming anything, they are a small people with a large voice. morrocco is still a member of the arab league and the official language is arabic, even though the pan berbers will lie and say 50% of the country is berber. in algeria the most powerful political groups are either islamist or arabist. the kurds can live as a minority group like they live in iran and turkey. the real berbers(20% of morrocco and algeria) too.

the berbers aren't reclaiming anything, they are a small people with a large voice. morrocco is still a member of the arab league and the official language is arabic, even though the pan berbers will lie and say 50% of the country is berber. in algeria the most powerful political groups are either islamist or arabist. the kurds can live as a minority group like they live in iran and turkey. the real berbers(20% of morrocco and algeria) too.

In the Arab World we have fragmentation at the top and unity at the bottom, Arabs have a common standard language, religion, culture... with some differences but all Arabs care about what happens in other Arab countries ! And with democracy and freedom on the march in Arab countries makes me proud to be Arab even if I'm just the grandson of Moroccan immigrants in Europe ! They thought that they should put people with similar languages and religions in one country. It practically ripped the social and political balance between Muslims Hindus and others throughout the region. the arab community is to divers. Look to Iran and what is happening there. Thus Islamic rule will just be a new dicatorship after colonisation from the west and tyranny of dictators.
