They are born to it and believe it their right to mutilate or kill a wife or sister or daughter etc for any minor misdemeanor that they may or may not have committed. Women in this faith are generally worthless and are a mere possession not a human in their own right. Its more to do with a sick mentality that believes violence against women is ok. Sadly its more prevalent in some cultures. Tho the west has plenty of domestic violence too

I think its wrong to say it is bcoz they have an indian heritage. I think criminal hbeahviour is just that - criminal behaviour! Every rleigion/culture/race has good and bad in it.
The ppl who do this kind of thing - there is something seriosuly wrong with them that they can cause this kind of harm to someone they have lived with/eaten with and had kids with

Behaviour such as this is unfortunately a very common occurence in the faith of Islam. They are born to it and believe it their right to mutilate or kill a wife or sister or daughter etc for any minor misdemeanor that they may or may not have committed. Women in this faith are generally worthless and are a mere possession not a human in their own right. It appears that these men have a very high opinion of themselves yet at the same time suffer from an inherited anger management problem.

I remember reading this story in an international magazine and being angry. What a twisted culture where women are worth so little that their abusive husbands are praised for torturing their defenseless wives. How monstrous and barbaric!
