  • is the instructor sayinh "bird noises" and "airplane noises" during the dive bomber push up excercise?

  • @literhans2006 Yes he is. Humor helps motivate the students.

  • @mytrollingaccount Haha OK thanks! Ain't nothing wrong with a little humor when you're doing such a tough job.

  • @literhans2006 They're always joking in BUD/s. In third phase, you do something called 'flights,' which is basically running up and down a hill with metal pallets or poles on your back. The catch? You're ordered to make plane and helicopter 'wop-wop' noises the entire time. Great stuff.

  • you guys can see Marines doing the pullups in the background

  • there are guys who are civilians, that are in just as great shape as a navy seal. that constantly work out

  • these are just basic military physical fitness exsercises. all leaders in various services push theses exerise with various ingenious stuff to keep normal physical fitness from being boring but. I have done some hard workout days during week in the army infantry. we all push it to muscle failure and beyond

  • Easy my ass. you dont realize that before this they were either running or getting familiar with the o course. and for you nutless computer commandos and trash talkers, these men are doing all these with BOOTS on. they wear jungle boots every where they go, run with boots, swim with boots, and finally PT with boots.

  • this isnt so hard, people who are Bar maniacs in my country for them this will be easy...

  • @Lionofyudah if what you said was said infront of me I'd beat the tar out of you boy!!

  • That's the work out

  • I recently started doing this routine, IT'S NO JOKE

  • It,s the only easy day was yesterday

  • Yesterday was the only easy day

  • best workout ever!!!!!!!

  • Im gonna do this in the afternoon!

  • can this be done all days of the week?

  • There is not one black dude in sight...wtf

  • @BlackCrusade1000 what's your point?

  • @BlackCrusade1000 This is the one place where reality has to take precedent over affirmative action. Swimming, marksmanship, weightlifting, etc... are all sports dominated by white people so this is what fill the ranks.

  • @aaronscrewme Affirmative action is the most racist policy every in the United States of America. It is basically a state sponsored anti-white racist policy designed to discriminate against whites.

  • @aaronscrewme what are you talking about? im legit curious

  • @aaronscrewme Its on a case by case basis, race has nothing to do with it. Open your mind!

  • @brethomuel786 You can't read.

  • @aaronscrewme Honestly, I don't think race has anything to do with it, but black people would really have to learn how to swim before going. Any race has the opportunity to become anything.

  • @MrChestypuller1775 Well thousands of years of racial anthropology shows stark differences.

  • @aaronscrewme yeah i guess

  • @MrChestypuller1775 BLack people no how to swim idiot. endte stero types any people that grew up near water will be more likely to be swimmers. and depends on the swim ability ohwaters they are near.

  • @aaronscrewme interesting opinion. reality is that so

  • Thanks coinz This is great!

  • That guy looks like Jean-Claude Van Damme at 1:53 - 2:05.

  • you do more pushups in p90x than this.....

  • @Lion0fyudah Cool it's not a competition. Some people don't want to bodybuild, they just want to get in shape.

  • @Lion0fyudah and in p90x u don't do any other things in day, and they do, so stfu ur mouth idiot

  • @Przemicek Huh? I don't understand what you are trying to say, your post was quite incoherent. Btw, those pants the instructors were wearing? Yes those, they look britches you would were to a gay bar.

  • @Lion0fyudah say this to one of the SEALs and hope to keep all your teeth

  • @MrHomeWorkout Im sure they would whoop me. They are the best of the best, but that dosen't mean they can't be stylish. Honestly, anywhere else? They would look ridiculous wearing those pants..

  • "I need a little hydrotherapy and cool saline solution if I'm to motivate you"

    hahaha! I love this workout

  • fuck steroids, u wanna get big, do a seal workout everyday u needle injecting pussys! sorry but its true!

  • @iwasneverhereok dont be sorry lol, it IS true

  • @iwasneverhereok that was pretty ignorant, navy seal workouts dont get u big because this is endurance training. they are no using any fast twitch muscles at all. slow twitch muscles has more endurance than the others

  • @yandykun correct and they burn mad calories, with all the running and endurance training.

  • One thing that people who comment on this have to keep in mind, is that these sailors are not actually Navy SEALs at the moment, they're still going through BUD/s. Because they're wearing the white shirts, they're either in First Phase or Indoctronation, of course after they're done Hell Week, and moving on to the other phases that it'd get more physically demanding but right now it's a conditioning phase that they're in. Even though I'm Canadian I have alot of respect for these men, God bless!

  • I like it... not sure if there were any leg workouts... haven't seen it all yet. anyway good workout mate.

  • oww

  • It makes me feel so good about myself that I can do a similar workout to the most bad-ass special forces unit in the world.

  • @anthcybo this is a warm up for them...not a workout

  • @anthcybo um this video is from at least 20-25 years ago, its a lot tougher now, I am only 16 and I can keep up with them, people have obviously gotten stronger so the program has too

  • @anthcybo one forget about one thing

they run a hell of alot and have been hammered by brutal training for days

this is like a cake walk for them too

but they feel alot worse before they even start it

  • When doing any abdominal exercise, avoid pulling on your neck--that is very important, Folks!

Thank you for this video, Coinz45, it is very inspirational.

  • @3:26 lmao u see him shifting his weight while tellin everyone they wrong for being on the ground. thats pretty smart i figured that one out too :D Oorah! -0317

  • I got to this point and then I died(= keep up the good work guys

  • Too bad the military doesn't give a damn about brain exercise. Btw, does anyone know WHY psychology was first used in the military? Psychology was originally used in NAZI, Germany. After the war, we were afraid Russia would make use ofGerman "mind scientist, " so the U.S. brought them to the U.S. The rest is history.

Germany may have lost the war, but their propoganda tactics are in full force here in the military and on the citizenry.

  • @blaziermissy I guess you don't know what SEALs are about if you don't think the military doesn't give a damn about "brain exercise".

  • I want to a Navy SEAL so bad when I grow up. Any advice preferrably from a SEAL or ex SEAL. (if your not it's fine any advice would be great) and I know how important it is to be great in the water

  • Short shorts + Hiking Boots + Dive bomber push ups = Haunting my dreams

  • is this like a warmup for navy seals ?

  • so do you do this everyday for 2 days a week or just spread all these exercises to different days and do it 2 times a week that way?

  • Thanks a lot. It is simple and efficient.

  • fuck tricep pushups.

  • ok, i know i just commented on here a couple hours ago, but since then i have tried the workout. i think it is a decent workout but i do believe there should be a lil more of everything, especially pullups and abs. this is a VERY good workout for certain areas, like an after workout work on form workout, or a getting back in shape workout, a filler workout, or just a 'being bored on an off day' workout. thank you for the workout tho, i WILL be using it again in the near future!

  • the workout you wrote in the description of this video. do you go thru each section only once? or multiple times because 18pullups isnt nearly enough. neither is less than 90pushups.

  • where are the black guys at, maybe it has something to do with all that water

  • Some of them were having trouble doing 5 push-ups. Navy SEALs were having trouble doing 5 push-ups?

  • @anthcybo well i'd assume when the BUD/S is your life, you get sore and even mundane tasks get difficult, you've surely worked out very hard in the past, and could barely get out of bed the next morning haven't you?

  • @bigreddawg91

I guess but I don't think this is a BUD/S training, these guys are already seals and just doing a PT, so I don't think they would be sore from anything, maybe previous training.

  • @anthcybo I thought it was, because they're wearing white shirts, and they earn brown shirts after they go through hell week.

  • @bigreddawg91 They do. But this is pre-hell week training.

  • @FutureSEAL223 Ya i figured that, Because they didn't have their brown shirts. The guy abot anthcybo didn't think this was BUD/S

  • @anthcybo what the fuck would you know about a SEAL workout you fucking paintball and pokemon playing faggot? You called out a decorated Ranger and yet you refuse to meet him face to face you fucking dungeons and dragons dice rolling wannbe.....

  • @JoeRock75th

    Relax, Dude...

  • @anthcybo lol this is buds dumbass

  • gosh this gives me flashbacks of basic training. suckks balls

  • witht he flutter kicks and the good morning darlings , my lower back starts to hurt.

can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong ?

  • @egoleech to do core exercises with extended legs you need to be in pretty good shape. A long muscle ( M. Iliopsoas) pulls on your lumbar spine-segments and with that long lever it can cause damage and pain. So I would do pillar bridges, side planks and other excercises before you start doing these two.

  • thanks for the advice mate.

  • Your sound like your doing it right.

Sore muscles mean your working hard. Or you have a severe problem

  • which is harder: the cross arm situps or the standard form of situps?

  • the program is this bodyweight workout 2 days a week with a running and swimming program...obviously many many other hours of training besides this program. but this program is 2 days a week by itself so dont expect awesome results or navy seal tuffness from this workout 2x a week because this is just pretty much a formation fall in workout in the mornings to see who all quit during the night

  • lol at 8:56 sounds like sumone quit buds u hear the bell

  • so do you have a degree in kinesiology? or any credible teachings?

  • this workout is good when i started the abdominal i could barley do 10 regular sit ups now i do the sets non-stop

  • Muay Thai workouts are not easy, but definitely not harder than BUD/s workouts. Save it bro.

  • This is only the start. They have another 10 hours of log pt, running, swimming, boat races, all while doing pushups in between

  • how do you know...

  • No pain no gain. Awesome workout....

  • I think they do all this before breakfast, every day for eight weeks.

  • my triceps got ripped from all the reps..

    really hurts though

  • If you have a borders book store near you i suggest you do there and buy a booked called

The Complete Guide to Navy Seal Fitness (Military Fitness) Great book and its to date. this vid is a bit old

  • I have to agree... the book is COMPLETE! It's update in 2008, includes 3 multi week workout plans, which also include running and swimming exercises..

    Can recommend it, for sure!!

  • where HELL did you find this? It's pretty awesome
