Well, if you got the money, TT on a built motor is best, but its like... retarded cost, like retarded.

Single turbo, pending on mods, but its not uncommon for a single turbo to range from 500-1600rwhp based on mods, turbo kit etc.

My personal fav, is the GT47-88. Its nasty as shit. Search "GT47-88 supra" and you'll see what I mean.

I agree, but to clarify the best turbo is the one that works best for the airflow your engine makes.

There is no "one" ultimate turbo. I know which one you are referring to, but they have like $60,000 invested in that engine, and that one happens to work for them.

What works good for them may perform poorly for me. I'm just saying..

Ok, here ya go, 2 smaller turbos working in tandem can produce more boost than a larger turbo can by itself, spool faster, and flow more.

That being said, doesnt mean single turbos are bad, but they are the lag monsters not twin setups.

As I said, TT for drag app's are just too costly for most ppl's wallet. For street kings, then yes single hands down and I perfer single.

Single turbo conversion vs stock is more efficent yes, but so is a updated TT setup.

stock is about 320 not 350. and exhaust helps alot with back pressure and stuff considering turbos run off exhuast gasses. the bigger the turbine and compressor in the turbo, the higher ouput it has. a good tune can do alot. also look up intercoolers. add between 50-150hp if done right. internals, cam, gearing... theres just so much you can do to increase output.

Well, you have to slam on a bigger turbo that can provide more air.

Then you have to upgrade the engine management and fuel system to cope with it

You have to strengthen the engine to cope with the extra power and boost

Improve cooling to cope with it

Basicly, you have to change about everything on the engine to do it ;)

Considering this is running a t-88 with most likely supporting mods. This turbo is rated for 1000hp approx. And you wouldnt get less than 500 out of it once its spooled so anyone saying only 400 knows nothing about supras. My guess is between 650-950hp at the wheels
