Good public awareness thing. You could have no symptoms or urinary symptoms or bone pain(late stage). It is a bizarre cancer full of less than definitives: scans, biopsies, pathology, micro mets...can all go less than discoverable enough or defined well enough, pathology sould be done by the few (6) approx.
