I have been pleased with the progress the President has made. This recovery compares very favorably to past recoveries and this recession was much more severe. I will vote for him in 2012 if he runs. I like the reductions in tax credits for multinational corps with foreign accounts that profit for other countries and not here in America that he has implemented in order to pay for tax credits for small business that do operate here in America.
He actually has kids, so I would think he would want his kids to have a good future. He was forced to balance the budget by the Republican congress in his second term, Hence, he didn't add to the national debt between 1994 and 1997. There's a difference between debt and deficit. I have been pleased with the progress the President has made. This recovery compares very favorably to past recoveries and this recession was much more severe. I will vote for him in 2012 if he runs. I like the reductions in tax credits for multinational corps with foreign accounts that profit for other countries and not here in America that he has implemented in order to pay for tax credits for small business that do operate here in America.

@affiliate30 It is not equal trade when you pay your workeres less than Minimum wage, and you dont have OSHA Compliance or Payroll taxesor land use taxes, liability insurance all that go in to cost of goods sold. SO what is equal about this? CAn I start paying my workers less than a dollar a day. GET IN TOUCH WITH REALITY. If it cost less tro make it overseas THat is where the consumer will buy it from. Read what equal trade advantages is. The only reason these "Americans" are doing this is because there is a loophole that says that you can not prohibit Any American from shipping his/her properties home from abroad.

@affiliate30 WHen YOU lower the tarrof bar and you raise the bar for US Manufacturing cost i.e Taxes, state local federal, building expense,, union labor, minimum wage, OSHA and other Federal regualation, payroll taxes are these expenses that neither China or India has to incur and then the United States government gives them preferential treatmenton Tarrifs so that they can import these goods for less then trhey can be made in the US. China has been caught dumping goods in the US

IN other words Level the playing field. no more MFN staus for CHina.

True, non-inflated home values will help us in the end, obsolete over-paid jobs have been eliminated and are being replaced with jobs that have a accurate value to society. It hurts in the short term, but in the long term, it will lead to a healthier country. Adults know that short term discomfort is sometimes necessary for long term good. IT IS UNAVOIDABLE!

A billion dollar profit this year is good, but earn ONLY a billion dollar profit next year and, "Earnings are flat!", stocks go down, people look to see what is wrong and the CEO gets nervous! This constant drive to increase corporate profits is what drove a lot of jobs overseas.

We're 20 months in to President Obamas administration and the unseasoned, young voters now see what it means to be Liberal. We've paid a tremendous price. The Obama administration has converted more people to conservatism than any Republican method could have hoped to accomplish. This President is now a lame duck. Nothing will get accomplished in the next 27 months. It will take a straight shooter like NJ Gov Chris Christie to get this mess cleaned up - and it will take years.

BTW, the "jobs overseas" is directly due to our governments intervention in the private contracts between individuals and companies...Wilson implemented these first, FDR solidified them...prior to Wilson, America was the worlds largest exporter in goods.
