EVERY label and band gets copyright on their songs when they get recorded. Even if you write a songtext and never make a song out of it, there's copyright on it, only because you made it.

Well.. i first heard "Black tears" from HSB. And i decided to check out the original version from Edge of sanity. I have to say.. THAT WAS A FUCKING EPIC PIECE OF MUSIC. Who cares about the screaming? As long as this song can rock my ass out of my pants, i'm more than happy!

Both versions are great, in my opinion. While this has a rather depressing atmosphere, the cover made by heaven shall burn converts it to something insane and aggressive, which fits the main riff very well. In the end its all just a matter of personal taste, so it would be best to just leave it to that, wouldn't it?

Well.. i first heard "Black tears" from HSB. And i decided to check out the original version from Edge of sanity. I have to say.. THAT WAS A FUCKING EPIC PIECE OF MUSIC. Who cares about the screaming? As long as this song can rock my ass out of my pants, i'm more than happy!

Both versions are great, in my opinion. While this has a rather depressing atmosphere, the cover made by heaven shall burn converts it to something insane and aggressive, which fits the main riff very well. In the end its all just a matter of personal taste, so it would be best to just leave it to that, wouldn't it?

The original is okay, its just the quite emotionless vocals that I dont like.

HSB cover is the best one..its powerful depressive agonized and angry...this one is grand too...a totally different feel....this and the EToS cover all have their individual flavours...its damn retarded to say any of the forms is bad...why isnt it supposed to be agressive?!...HSB did an amazing job you shouldnt be disrespecting that...
