@ToneCardenas ... this is just basically plastic resistance bands... i'd rather spend my money on a power rack and have money left over for TRX suspension..

@krypticzisback Everything possible with the TRX you can do on the swing!! Just a matter of removing the saddle and using the handles and foot stirrups for any suspension exercise you can dream of.

@dnmakerson We have an inversion table as accessory for the Omni-Swing - which is great because it allows you to invert for longer periods of time since you're at a 45 degree angle - works great for when you want to take a nap!

Stand adjusts rom 7'10" to 8'4" in ht so u should be OK. U can always try it out and return it if doesnt work. Nevertheless, even if your head did touch the floor during full inversion all u have to do is walk your forearms forward a few inches and you'll be fine. All else is totally do-able no matter what the ht! .. Tone
