Hawtin is the master of the drum. The guy can control 20,000 plus on foreign sound set ups. Boxing day 95 (I think) at sankeys was the absolute bollocks, he built up and up to a speedy j track which blew the roof off. It was awesome/the best and I've done the Hac/legends/Zone/pier etc prior. Saw him at voodoo le bateuax, shit hot again. Pure talent!

no it's not DJ Pierre, it's just a name coincidence... This remix was made by Martyn Young (the "M" in M.A.R.R.S.) wayyy back in 1987 (almost 10 years BEFORE DJ Pierre's Afro Acid project ;) )
