Notice how Bartley said that they are going to go to Japan to negotiate a new "cost estimate". "Estimate" being the key word. So, things could all change again in 2012 when the license is granted. Bad, bad, bad.

Maybe the Nuclear Eleven (Castro and the 10 council members) will now make an effort to read the Jeremy Rifken report "San Antonio Leading the Way Forward to the Third Industrial Revolution" which shows how renewable energy can provide 10,000 jobs for the city and provide for all our energy needs.
