  • 400 million dollars could likely buy enough windmills and solar panels to permanently power the same number of homes at the fraction of the cost of this nuclear monstrosity.

  • Notice how Bartley said that they are going to go to Japan to negotiate a new "cost estimate". "Estimate" being the key word. So, things could all change again in 2012 when the license is granted. Bad, bad, bad.
