If I were to guess this sub-human is that he had no shame in what he was doing. Even in this sub human's confession you see that the very matter a fact way the pile of sputum spoke about the killings that his motives were already justified in his own mind. The fact that he can cooley state that " I strangled the woman and when she was dead masturbated." with out any signal shred of shame shows that this repeating shit felt that he was someone special and his actions made him someone.
This psychologist is completely wrong in my opinion,for starters he says that he doesnt believe that Radar was born bad but then contradicts that by saying how radar had deviant thoughts at a very young age and also i think he's completely wrong on the humilation statement.If radar was fearful of being humilated then why did the guy write tons of letters over the years which were attention seeking?!When the cases had gone kinda cold he went out of his way to write another letter for attention!

Are people born bad and that's not the case but obviously something was wrong with him and he did nothing about it. And the humiliation and the letters had nothing to do with eachother.
