@UchihaNacushi Prob because that's gay boy music. iPhone tries to restrict users from uploading as much gay boy tunes as possible. To over ride this, u must first jailbreak ur iPhone. Good luck!!
@blake4174 you have to press the 'sync ringtones' so it unchecks it, then sync your device. Then press it again so it checks it this time and then when you sync your device it should show up now :)
i already created the ringtone sexy back by Justin T and when i sync, it says "itunes could not copy "Sexy back" to iphone because an unknown error occurred (-54). what should i do?

When I checked the "Sync Ringtones" box (the "All Ringtones" circle was already selected) then clicked on apply/sync, a box popped up that said all my music, videos, etc might/would be deleted if I proceeded.
And I proceeded....and it was all deleted, crap.
So I'm transferring ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL my songs back on which will take a while.
Commented on your original video of creating the ringtones, and trouble not able to sync. This video is the answer! Thanks it worked--and happily creating ringtones like a crazy person! Thanks again.

if you dont have a ringtones tab click on edit on the top screen and put a check mark on tones and then you will have a ringtones tab
