no offense but shouldnt your left foot be point at 2nd that way you can turn and use you hips and legs to add more power as opposed to keeping them like in the video and having to fight against your left foot and leg and using mostly your arm? im jus asking 'cuz ive cought since i was 6-13years of age then stopped because of an injury and became an outfielder, nice video btw
