Il motore Busso chè sia 2.5 , 3.0 e 3.2 erano corsa corta o "superquadro" (alesaggio più grande che la corsa) , allora che il 3.2 JTS "made by GM" era corsa lunga (corsa più grande che l'alesaggio) .
Uno superquadro sarà sempre naturalmente più sportivo che una "corsa lunga" .

Fatto un pò di verifiche: facendo scattare il cronometro nell' istante in cui la lancetta si sposta fino a poco oltre la metà tra i 100 ed i 110 km/h (100 km/h effettivi), considerando i vari errori, ho rilevato un tempo medio di 7.85 s (8 prove). Considerando un tempo di 7.2 dichiarato dalla casa per la berlina, il video dimostra l' ottima forma del propulsore Alfa Romeo.
Ottimo motore il 2.5 v6 Busso! I secondi del video ci stanno tutti. Per la precisione, i 100 km/h sulla 156 sono poco oltre la metà tra i 100 ed i 110 con i 17 montati (verificato con il gps TOM TOM GO 920).

@MassimoJTS Si ed infatti il V6 "busso" era Alfa , l'ultimo è stato se non sbaglio montato sulla 156 GTA e sulla GT ed era il 3.2 , c'era anche il 3.5 ma era un prototipo. I V6 odierni (come ad esempio quello montato sulla Brera V6 3.2 JTS) sono ormai del gruppo Fiat e per un lato sono leggermente migliori come rapporto prestazioni - consumi ma non saranno mai all'altezza dei mitici V6 "Busso" che sottolineavano la pura razza Alfista ! :D

Non hanno migliorato quasi per niente il rapporto potenza/consumi, ed inoltre, il Busso 3.2 V6 aveva dai 255 ai 260 cavalli rispetto ai 250 dichiarati, mentre l'holden, adispetto dei 260 dichiarati ne ha circa 240 ! ! ! :(

non è propriamente così... lo stesso motore con qualche modifica era istallato sulla Fiat croma V6 e, con la cilindrata di 3 litri, sulla lancia k V6 e il 3.2 V6 della lancia thesis

nono, sulla croma era un 2.5 a 12valvole. il 3.0 era sulla lancia k e anche sulla thema. (su quest'ultima c'era anche un 2.8 V6 che però non era di produzione italiana ed era lo stesso motore della mitica DE LOREAN!!)
@MassimoJTS la fiat ha prodotto la croma proprio con lo stesso 2.5 v6 di questa alfa 156. leggiamo prima di sparare fesserie. alfa è fiat poi da quasi 30 anni.
@vlk4r0 mi dispiace per te, ma penso che se c'é qualcuno che sà di che cosa parla é che (al contrario di te) é abbastanza informato é proprio MassimoJTS. il v6 "busso" come anche il twin spark e il 2.0 v6 turbo sono delle esclusività alfa!! il v6 2.5 montato sulla croma non é assolutamente lo stesso di questa 156, ma é un derivato (modificato) del v6 monatto sull'alfa 6 e l'alfa 90! tra l'altro quello della croma era un 12 valvole, mentre quello del 156 é un 24 valvole.

i diesel sono 100% fiat.....i benzina twin spark hanno basamento in comune con motori fiat ma la testata è alfa romeo....i v6 come il 2.5 e il 3.2 delle gta sono 100% alfa romeo, l'ultimo pezzo di storia SOLO alfa romeo, i v6 busso! poi ci sono i v6 holden...i nuovi motori sono fiat ma con personalizzazioni alfa romeo
@mattosfasciato i Twin Spark 16v benzina e i nuovi JTS sono tutti by Fiat anche se però il TS 16v ha alcuni pezzi ancora by Alfa. Invece i vecchi Twin Spark 8v (montati sulla 155, 164 e 75) sono by Alfa e non si discute su questo, anche i V6 progettati da Giuseppe Busso sono Alfa Romeo e non Fiat, i boxer e il resto dei motori montati dalla 75 in giù, sono ovviamente tutti by Alfa. ;-)
@MassimoJTS Si ma se lo metti in paragone ad un S65 di una BMW M3 E92 (sarebbe il V8 da 420CV), allora le cose cambiano. Però rispetto ai motori tedeschi, il suono del V6 busso è più aggressivo e da sensazioni più sportive, infatti molti Alfisti lo riconoscono subito ! :D

Era il V6 Alfa utilizzato per l'occasione sulla Croma.
La stessa cosa è stata fatta sulle Lancia Thema,K e Thesis (con diverse cilindrate).
