  • I bought one in Normandy (Dead men's corner) for 195 $ and its really great.

Quality, weight, colour, made of wood and metal, reloads but the bullets don't fits because they made it to small inside but thats np, bayonet fits, aims good, it is really good.

  • I wish i could get one. But i live in the U.S. and my mom said i can lose it and that just wastes my money for christmas

  • do u thinkl u can make a vid of the firein mecernizam

  • Do you guys ship to the U.S.

And how much would the m1 garand be in U.S. dollars?

    Thanks!

  • can a real m1 garand bayonet fit on this replica?

  • @freakseven9 yea, it is same as the real m1

  • is the reload handle(dont know what its called) retractable?

I was thinking of getting this garand, but i just wanted to know if it is retractable as it looks in the video.

  • @Shadowspirit6 if you were watching the video you would see yes you can pull it back. Will it come back when you pull the trigger? NO...there is nothing there to do so.

  • Is that web site "arm so "f" the world"? or "arm soft he world" ?or "arms of the world"?

  • ARMS OF THE WORLD.

  • and those guidelines will be letting you know what uniforms you need for the impression they do and or weapons and gear as well. and thats really all there is to it. if you have any other questions just send me a message via youtube or whatever works best for you comments etc. take care

  • or get uniforms first after doing your unit research example you want to potray 82nd

airborne circa WWII same period as myself obviously then your research unit history know its uniforms and gear then purchase those items, and try to know the historical facts of the unit such as campaigns and their objectives, key things the public wants to hear during static displays, then after that go find a unit potraying that and youll be prepared better that way. Some units have websites with guidelines

  • US Mid Atlantic Region . Our group potrays 517th Parachute Regimental Combat Team. All of our members come from MD,VA, PA, and our events are done in those states as well. If its what you want to do I recommend finding things within driving distance of your location, and bare in mind Age some groups wont allow you to join unless your 18 or 21 some make exceptions but my suggestion is do your research find the unit you want to potray and find someone potraying it near you then get unifroms etc

  • Does the bolt lock on this replica when you pull it all the way back? I want one for static displays for re-enactments.

  • where do re-enact? because i want to be in one

  • maybe he cant aford thge real thing

  • one of my grandpa has one

  • a replica cost around as much as the real thing. around 900 US dollars. : O

  • ther is a cheaper one it cost $159.95

  • @tjnesryan Where?

  • for movies and stuff

  • u can make the replica fire real bullets u need to do stuff on it and if probaly would cost u about 33 to 400 dollars probaly more

  • ...and it would explode the first time you fired a live round. Replicas are junk for anything other than display..

I don't care how expensive it was they're all pot metal, Iv handled a lot of replicas and on most of them the hammer or charging handle will literally snap after being used a few times... some of them are so weak you can squeeze the metal and bend it like plastic..

I bet this garand would snap like a twig if you bent it even slightly over your knee.

  • Tight! Though, i it me, or are these replicas missing the lockbar sight? lol, only thing I see in WWII movies nowadays that is usually wrong.

  • band of brothers is nto totaly wrong dude u haf to see it if u havnt saw it its kick butt
