Where does Islam stand on Muslims who want to convert to other faiths or even don't accept God? I hear horror stories about how Muslims trying to convert to other faiths shall be killed. Is this true? I know that Islamic Republic of Iran have tried and executed Muslims of that country just because they converted or became Atheists. Thanks for any response on this.

@urheadonastick For instance, the Quran (never altered) (1400 years ago) describes the process of a child growing in it's mother's womb. How could anyone have known these facts, during a time where people lived in deserts and had no medical imaging except for our creator? Unless there was time travel and people could see into the future, and we both know that this is quite impossible.

Is this true? I know that Islamic Republic of Iran have tried and executed Muslims of that country just because they converted or became Atheists. Thanks for any response on this.

@origanyy Besides, everything God has created worships Allah/God, i.e. birds, trees, mountains, every animal, skies, clouds, oceans, rivers, etc. Human is the only creature of God who becomes too lazy worshipping God on time, or postpones it to some other time or feels no need of the Creator to worship Him and thank Him.

@origanyy Islam is only about aknowledging we are creatures, created by God/Allah, worshipping God and thanking Him. This means believing in Him, His messengers, His Books (yes, with an "s"), the Day of Judgement that will come whether you believe in it or not. Did you believe you would be created when you were nothing? No, because you (we) were nothing, but by Allah's Will, we became something, humans, only because He said it.

The radical rhetoric that I hear just don't make sense & they seem very uninviting. That is why I wanted to know how these radical views are thought of amongst main stream Muslims. Sadly the Islamic fundamentalist regime in Iran have prosecuted people for promoting their faith & also for leaving Islam to another faith.
