It's kinda stupid yea, but seriously, follow this guy guide. Try to do the kill at 2:30 while in Incognito and you'll get it. Worked for me.

@ChrisLuvAchievements Not possible. You can't connect to the net if you refuse an update, and with internet access you can even get onto the multiplayer menu.
