Anyone else notice, that for a trauma, they didn't cut patient's clothes off. He could have have lower extremity injuries. Yes I'm aware it's staged, but if your going to do it. Do it right, have some fun too everyone loves TRAUMA NAKED =)

3 paramedics in the same ambulance ??? I'm a paramedic student in québec (canada) and we only got 2 paramedics in one ambulance.... what is the utility of the third paramedic ? (and sorry for my english , i am french canadian )

the reason for three is most importantly if they're working a cardiac arrest. one medic by himself/herself CANNOT do CPR, intubate, ventilate, establish IV lines, prep dugs, push multiple drugs, place leads, cardiovert, pace, defib etc. we only have two hands. the more available, the better.

Todat at the pool I lfeguard at, we had a 3 year old boy drown. After my co-workers pulled him out, and I was the one who gave CPR. Every time I would give rescue breaths, he would clench his teeht and make this struggling sound, and then he would fade again. And every tme, I just said to him "Keep holding on!"

This video and song really touch me now, because I think about someone struggling for their life. Anyway I am in tears so I should stop typing. Thanks for the upload!

Not really, that's how it works; one partner attends the patient while the other works in a support role and drives. Some crews switch roles every patient other switch days. Its quite normal.

There was no time to do it realisticly so stop telling me that they were doing it "Wrong", and realize it isn't realistic!!!!

Ok, so I work in the field and I thought it was a great video. Great job!! Were there missing elements? Of course, but its clear this wasn't meant as a training video but an "idea" of what we do on a day to day basis for people who don't know.
