I hate this shot... Every other day I have a period. I have gained so much weight on this shot. My period comes and goes one day I will have a period and the next day I want. My period goes from heavy to light but I am getting off this shot and findanother method of birth control.
I LOVE THIS SHOT! From day one my period was gone!! Thats the main reason I went on it too. With any type of bc you are going to get side effects but with depo it seems easier to adjust to them. As far as weight gain, remember we are the fattest country in the world... and I doubt bc is the main cause... I gained like 10 pounds then lost it all once my body adjusted to the shot. IT DOES NOT PREVENT YOU FROM LOOSING WEIGHT! Just gotta be smart about it. I hope they continue this shot forever!

OMG why is there so much hate on depo...ive been on depo on and off for years and its worked out great for me....only side effect was inconsistant mensies when i stopped using...but other then that i think it works great for most women
and thats not even the half of it....cystic acne can creep up...and that can be permanent too...even after you stop taking this liquid poison your skin wont ever be the same. trust me...i know...ive DONE THIS. my emotions were out of control...i was suicidal, my sex drive was nonexistant AND STILL IS (even though i have a boyfriend!) my hair FELL OUT, and every morning i have joint pain due to bone loss. W O N D E R F U L
its so sad, many many girls will probably watch this video and want to take it. its a shame 99% if those girls wont even do some research on it beforehand. yes, it will prevent you from getting pregnant....but it also may be a PERMANENT thing, yes, you probably wont get your period that often...but you also run the risk of having ur period for MONTHS...NONSTOP!
worst birth control in the world your better off with abortion yes its that bad it will completly make your gf turn into a girl you have never met before it will harm her mentally and phisically and you can forget about love because all those hormones you get will be put to wast when she wont touch you so your might as well have her take some poison because its much more healther than depo i would rather see my gf smoke pot than use this awful pill

I got this is August and haven't had a period since, never went back to get the second shot. It made me too angry ...
