Flares are sick man. I never realized that the first leg hitting the air you just get out of the way while your next leg stays high. It is helping a lot

Dam, demonstrated all the stretches you should do and everything. If everyone dedicated themselves to doing these stretches, I don't even think a tutorial would be needed for flares lol, they'd almost come naturally

ey thanx for da tut bro. the stretches are what i need (im assuming) because i can get 2 flares but i cant keep going after that. any tips apart from hips legs and stamina?
good stretches/drills those should help me out as I am just starting to break past 3 flares and beyond. Maybe include that even if you can't get multiple clean flares that its okay to drag to build up the strength and muscle endurance. Should always go for more than what you know you can do.

my problem is that i cannot keep my butt up in the air to transit to the next flare.
and so i end with 1

I get like 3/4 apparently. It doesn't strain my forearm like most people have? But it just hurts when I land, so I most be doing something wrong...
